Do you dare to give your child M & M chocolate? I am not dare, but my sister "LOVE" to buy M & M chocolate for her child because she LOVE it! But you see, the colour on my sister's kid mouth... yak... yak...
I only allow my kids took black chocolate. At least less other additional things.

Chocolate still will give. But control loh, and reduce giving the colouring chocolate loh.
